At Riva Hair Extension Center, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. Please read our refund policy below:

1. Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Refunds are accepted only if the package has not been opened or tampered with.
  • Products must be in their original packaging and unused.

2. Refund Process:

  • To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at ventas@rivahairextensioncenter.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.

3. Shipping Costs:

  • The cost of shipping the returned item is the responsibility of the customer.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refund Approval:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.

5. Non-Refundable Items:

  • Opened or used wigs and hair extensions.
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Gift cards.

6. Exchange Policy:

  • We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different product, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order.
