1. Eligibility for Refunds:
- Refunds are accepted only if the package has not been opened or tampered with.
- Products must be in their original packaging and unused.
2. Refund Process:
- To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at ventas@rivahairextensioncenter.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.
3. Shipping Costs:
- The cost of shipping the returned item is the responsibility of the customer.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refund Approval:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.
5. Non-Refundable Items:
- Opened or used wigs and hair extensions.
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Gift cards.
6. Exchange Policy:
- We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different product, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order.
